Which machine should I rent?
The Taylor 430 is our high-power, single-flavor machine. It freezes faster and holds a consistent texture in warm weather. Choose the Taylor 430 if: • Your event is outdoors • It will be warm or hot outside • You want faster freezing and a consistent slushy texture • You only need one flavor Choose the BUNN Double-Bowl if: • You want two flavors at the same time • Your event is indoors or in mild weather • You want one adult drink and one kid-friendly drink Quick Rules of Thumb: • Hot or outdoor event? → Taylor 430 • Need two flavors at once? → BUNN Double-Bowl • Faster freezing and one flavor? → Taylor 430 • Adult + kid drink together? → BUNN Double-Bowl

Can I have two flavors at the same time?
Yes, if you rent the BUNN Double-Bowl machine. The Taylor 430 serves one flavor and offers faster freezing, while the BUNN Double-Bowl serves two flavors at the same time.
Can the machine go upstairs?
No, these machines are extremely heavy and cannot be brought up and down stairs.
Is there a mess or cleanup?
Nope. We handle full cleanup and sanitization after pickup.
Do you provide the alcohol?
No. By law, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. We provide the premium mix, the machine, and the instructions. You provide the alcohol (Tequila, Rum, Vodka, etc.) and we can mix it for you on-site!
Is this safe for kids’ parties?
Yes. You have full control over whether alcohol is added. Our machines can be used for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic events, making them perfect for family parties and kid-friendly celebrations. We offer three kids’ flavors: Watermelon, Lemonade, and Strawberry Mango. They are made with real fruit juices and cane sugar, with no high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavoring. The BUNN double-bowl machine can serve an adult drink and a kid-friendly frozen drink at the same time.

How much space/power do I need?
The machine requires a dedicated standard 120V outlet (cannot share the circuit with other high-power appliances like a fridge or bounce house). We provide a heavy-duty extension cord. The machine needs a sturdy table or counter and about 2x2 feet of space. If no power is available, we have a gas generator available for rent for $60.
How many drinks does one batch make?
One batch makes approximately 50-60 9oz drinks. We always leave an extra bottle of mix with you just in case! You are only charged ($35) for the extra bottle if you open it.
What’s included in my total price?
Your total includes: • Your selected commercial machine rental • 1 batch of premium mix (50-60 drinks) • Heavy-duty extension cord • Cart with skirt • Delivery, setup, pickup, and cleaning The rental rate is $275 plus the delivery & pickup fee for your selected city. Pickup occurs within 48 hours after the day of your party, depending on scheduling.
Do you leave extra mix?
Yes! We always leave at least one extra bottle of mix. You are only charged $35 if you open it.
How long does it take to freeze?
• Taylor 430: About 30-40 minutes (Fastest) • BUNN Double-Bowl: About 45-60 minutes (Best for indoor use) Tip: Chilling your alcohol ahead of time will speed up the freezing process!
How much alcohol is needed?
For one batch (50-60 drinks), we recommend: • Two 1.75L handles of tequila (blanco/silver) • 750ml-1L of triple sec Tip: Chilling your alcohol ahead of time helps the machine freeze faster!
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 7 days before your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a $50 holding fee. Rain checks are always free!
